We created a stir with this live walk through of our newest listing in Downey.  We noticed that when we create our videos without all the fluff they generate far more views online because they are real, not fabricated with an abundance of video editing.   This video received over 1,200 views.  Keep in mind, we are strategic so these views are not from random individuals.  These views were targeted to specific individuals looking to buy real estate, and specifically buy real estate in this area.  Strategy matters when it comes to selling homes and with 15 years of experience we know the best way to help families get top dollar for their homes…

We recently attended the Real Estate event of the year, the TF Summit.  Agents from across the country attend this event to learn from industry experts, the direction the market will take in the next year.  Knowing where the market will is headed allows us to brainstorm with other real estate professionals on how to better serve our clients closing out 2018 and entering into 2019!
