The market is going through a few hiccups as we roll into the 4th quarter of 2018.  It’s always difficult to pinpoint exactly why we are seeing changes in the market with elections around the corner and of course with almost 8 years of a climbing market.  We do know that buyers are getting a slight upper hand in today’s market though.  Our job as real estate professionals is to get a real sense of what buyers are doing and saying and we do that by meeting as many buyers as we can in the field.   Since we list quite of bit of properties in Downey and surrounding areas we’re able to gauge the movement of the market.  Watch the video as Chris Gonzales with the Mother & Son Real Estate team explains how the market is changing for sellers laying the foundation for possible upper hand for buyers out there.
