HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS!

We’ve had such an amazing year!  At the start of each year there’s always a certain level of uncertainty on what will happen with the real estate market.  When we say uncertainty,  we don’t mean uncertainty in a bad  or scary way.  We mean uncertainty in an exciting way!  For example, last year at this exact time all signs were pointing to a market where buyers were going to experience an increased level of interest rates.  The 30 yr mortgage was predicted to shoot over 5%.  As we are well aware of now, interest rates did the complete opposite.   They dipped lower to levels we haven’t seen since 2016.  This created a thriving 2019 real estate market.

We had an amazing year helping lots of wonderful families sell their homes and get into their dream homes, but the truth of the matter is that for us, the blessing isn’t in the success we had, the blessing and why we are thankful is in the new relationships, the life experiences, friendships and overall health we’ve had this year.  So from our family to yours we wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving!  We are always available to serve you and your family not just in selling or buying a home, but in any other way we possibly can…
