We know… There’s so much changing in the way we are all going to have to do business from here on out. Thankfully Real Estate is an essential service! Keep in mind though, just because it is considered an essential service doesn’t mean that we will be conducting business exactly how we always have. Real Estate is a people business and one of the HUGE challenges we have is the fact that Social Distancing will restrict us from the human contact and face to face communication we are so used to. This is a major challenge for us and quite frankly, we are so sad that life has come to this point. We love conducting Open Houses, and we absolutely love meeting people face to face and building long lasting friendships and relationships.
Social distancing is a challenge and we wish that things never had to come to this point, however at the same time we want to keep everyone as safe as possible. Our clients mean everything to us so we are adapting to this new way of doing business for you!
In this video we talk about the 2 methods of showing property that we will be adding to allow you to make a better decision on whether or not you are interested in moving to the next step of purchasing one of our listings. Because of Social Distancing, and in the interest of anyone living in the home that is listing for sale, we have to use technology, at least in the initial stages to help you in your decision to buy a particular home. We know that not everyone is going to be excited with this new way of doing business, but we have to adjust and adapt. Buyers have been using some of the technology we have available to us now for years in certain markets like 2nd home and Vacation Home real estate markets. We now will be seeing more of this technology used in our market of South East Los Angeles and North Orange county.
