WE DID IT AGAIN!

Last week Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices CA Properties celebrated their top 35 agents for 2022! This year we came in at #5 and it’s all thanks to you! Year after year we strive to give excellent service to all of our buyers and sellers. Through every transaction we make long lasting friendships and business relationships. We hope that we can be your “go-to” real estate professionals. We’ve been in this business for over 19 years and we believe it’s because of the trust and loyalty that we dleiver to our clients.

We are firm believers in purpose! We truly believe that we are here to help people get to where they want to be, and many times get them to a place where they never even thought of being, but are extremely happy with the new life they have. We’ve come across many homeowners that have thanked us for giving them that little push, that little nudge to make a move. Homeowners can be a little fearful of the unknown. They fear selling their home and not having a place to live. Over the years we’ve come to understand that not everyone is capable of doing what we do. In order for homeowners and buyers to make a move, it is 100% necessary for them to trust you. Thankfully we have the ability as a mother and son team to instill a trust with our clients.
