REAL ESTATE OUTLOOK AS WE APPROACH SUMMER

We are in a very interesting and turbulent time in our country right now.  Here we were excited that we were opening the country back up, and then we were hit by a horrible tragedy that took place in Minneapolis spurring not only peaceful protests but violent protests as well.  Solving the problem our country is facing is no easy task.  The question for us of course, being in the real estate business is, “What kind of impact will all of this have on our country and on the local real estate market?”  Will homes values decline because of this, or will they shoot up?  Chris Gonzales will touch on these questions and give you the data obtained straight from CrMLS reports to share what has taken place with home values, and housing inventory as well as give you an outlook on what we can expect for the summer of 2020.
