Did the REAL ESTATE “Experts” have an impact on your decision to buy or sell this year?  So many try to make their decision to buy or sell on what the industry experts think will happen in the months or years to come.  Here we make an argument that it’s not necessarily wise to make your decision based solely off what they say is going to happen.  As we’re seeing this year, when it comes to interest rates, if you were to make your decision based off of the projections of NAR, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc, you would pretty much be out of luck getting into a home…
